PAUL CURTIS
Executive Director
Paul joined the Packaging Council in January 2006 after spending two years with the Environmental Risk Management Authority (ERMA) managing their Auckland office.
Prior to moving to New Zealand from the UK, Paul spent nine years in regulatory affairs within the fast moving consumer goods industry, having worked for Rentokil Initial, Reckitt Benckiser and latterly SC Johnson where he was their European Regulatory Affairs and Registrations Manager.

Paul is married with two young girls and enjoys exploring New Zealand and tramping, but most of all a good blast around the countryside on his motorbike.

SHARON JEREB
Environment Manager
Sharon joined the Packaging Council in March 2007 having been with DB Breweries for ten years. During this time, she developed DB Breweries' solid waste systems for non-recycled industrial waste, which saw recycling rates go from 66% to 93% in four years at its Waitemata brewery.
Following the success at Waitemata brewery the solid waste minimisation plan was rolled out to all of DB's brewery operations.

Prior to coming to New Zealand Sharon worked in the UK oil industry where she was responsible for the operational management of retail petrol stations.
Sharon is a passionate advocate for implementing simple practical systems which build habits and awareness and a key focus in her role at the Packaging Council is to use the experience gained in operational roles from New Zealand and overseas to provide help, support and solutions for the wider scope of the Packaging Council membership. |

ROSHNI PRASAD
Executive Personal Assistant
Roshni Prasad joined the Packaging Council on the 18th October 2006 amidst Foodtech Packtech. Her initiation was to sit through the Sustainable Packaging workshop run by RMIT.
Roshni has over twenty years of administration and personal assistant experience working with a wide variety of industries including chartered accountants, wine, cosmetics, hospitality and more latterly automotive.
Roshni is married with twin boys, who are three.
How does she do it??? She is a keen gardener, loves travel, cooking and watching rugby and netball. |

DONNA HELLENS
Office Administrator
Donna joined the Council in November 2004 as our office administrator, working 3 days a week and on call for the "pressure times".
This role has become more intense with the Council taking responsibility for the Accord and acting as the Accord Secretariat. Donna has taken it all in her stride and consistently produces high quality work, enjoying the variety.
Donna has worked in an accounts / office admin role for the manufacturing industry for 16 years. |
